Local kitchens are attracting attention this month, drawing crowds into four Canyon Country designer homes. As a benefit to the Michael Hoefflin Foundation, the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) is sponsoring the SCV Tour of Kitchens on Sunday, October 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The self-guided tour will feature 10 homes total, including the Speer's (photo above) and the Donovan’s in Sand Canyon, also the White’s in Macmillan Ranch and the Bilson’s in Robinson Ranch.
Advance tickets are $20 and those purchased on the day of the event are $25. Canyon Country residents can buy them at both Debbie’s Hallmark stores, at 16628 Soledad Canyon Road (at Sand Canyon) and 26880 Sierra Highway (at Via Princessa); or purchase them at the Michael Hoefflin Foundation, 26470 Ruether Avenue in Santa Clarita (661-250-4100).
